Jim gives a living History Demonstration of life during the colonial period by talking on the following subjects:
Early Colonial carpentry methods and types of wood used
Blacksmithing & Ironworking, metal casting
Early development of manufacturing methods & products
The talents needed to succeed on the frontier as a sustenance farmer or settler.
Jim's wife, Paula, makes many of the period clothes Jim wears, and often accompanies Jim with demonstrations of weaving.
